JILILUCK: About the Team Behind These Pages
This is the about JILILUCK guide page: who writes jililuck.ph, how it pays for itself and where it stands in relation to the lobby it describes. The short version is that the JILILUCK Team writes it, it is a player-side reference, and it is not the operator.
Who writes this site
Every page carries the byline JILILUCK Team. The pages are written for players in the Philippines who want to understand the lobby before they register: its menu, its forms, its payments wording and its games.
This site is not the operator
jililuck.ph is not the JILILUCK lobby. It does not run accounts, hold money, take deposits or pay withdrawals. Anything that touches your account belongs to the lobby, and the contact page for this guide explains where each kind of question goes.
How the site is funded
The Register and Login buttons on these pages are referral links to the operator’s own site. If a reader registers through one, the operator may pay this site, and that income is what funds the writing. The links carry no weight in what the pages say about the lobby.
What was read, and when
The lobby’s pages were read on 1 and 2 October 2026 without logging in. That covers the menu, the Abiso notice, the Register and Login forms, the help centre and the game search. Nothing behind an account was seen, so this site describes what a visitor sees and nothing more.
The lobby’s licence statement
The lobby’s Terms of Service describe JILILUCK as an operator “na may lehitimong lisensya sa Republika ng Pilipinas”, meaning with a legitimate licence in the Republic of the Philippines. Those are the lobby’s words. The statement names no regulator, no licence number and no licensed company, and the lobby shows a PAGCOR logo image and a “GAMING FOR 21” seal.
PAGCOR’s list of accredited gaming system administrators and registered brands, dated 17 September 2026, was searched for jililuck and jili. It holds no JILILUCK entry, so this site states no licence for JILILUCK. The search is saved in the site’s records. The page on whether JILILUCK looks legit shows how to run the same check yourself on PAGCOR’s current list.
Where this site stops
The pages explain what the lobby shows, how its forms work and how common payment rails behave. They do not predict results, rank the lobby above anything else, or speak for the operator in any way. When a page needs an answer only the operator can give, it tells you which lobby screen or help-centre section to open.
Play within limits
Gambling is for adults aged 21 and over, and it is not a way to earn money. Set a budget before you start, and read the responsible play limits and help page for PAGCOR’s reminders and helplines.
