How to check PAGCOR’s published lists

PAGCOR publishes lists on pagcor.ph under its regulatory pages. Two of them matter here: the list of PAGCOR-approved registered brand and domain names of licensed casinos, and the list of PAGCOR-accredited gaming system administrators and their registered brands and domain names. The versions read on 2 October 2026 were dated 17 September 2026 at the top of the page.

1. Open pagcor.ph by typing it into your browser yourself.
2. Go to the regulatory section and open the list of registered brands and domain names.
3. Note the “as of” date printed at the top of the list.
4. Search the document for the brand name, then for each address you use, such as jililuck.com.
5. Compare spelling exactly: a similar name is a different entry.
6. Write down the date of the list and what you found, then decide.

Why a PAGCOR logo on a page is not the record

A logo is an image any page can display. PAGCOR warned on 29 June 2026 that fake offshore gaming websites use its logo and display fabricated licence certificates, and it had issued a similar warning on 12 September 2023. So treat the logo in the lobby’s footer as part of the lobby’s statement, and treat the list as the record.

Red flags to look for on any casino page

Run this list on JILILUCK and on every other casino you consider. Each flag is something you can see for yourself.

1. A licence claim with no regulator named and no way to look it up.
2. A payment request to a personal account sent through a chat, text or social message.
3. A support contact that is not the lobby’s own menu: the Terms say the menu’s online customer service is the only way to contact support, and that any other channel claiming to be support is fake.
4. A request for your password, fund password or SMS code by anyone.
5. An address that fails the lobby checks: the wordmark top left, the Abiso notice with Tanggapin, and the Mag-login and Magrehistro pair.
6. Pressure to deposit now, or promises of guaranteed wins.
