JILILUCK Account Verification Steps: ID, Selfie and a First-Try Pass
Account verification asks you to prove who you are: a valid government photo ID, a selfie with ID, and a mobile number confirmed by SMS code.
Key facts and contents

- Step 5
- Submit once and wait
Account verification is the step where a cashier or wallet checks that the person behind an account is the person on the ID. It decides whether a withdrawal request goes through, so a clean pass the first time saves you days of back and forth. The checks come from the rules in PAGCOR online regulation basics. The steps below tell you what to prepare, and the sections after them explain what each check is for.
Steps to pass account verification
Follow these five steps in order and keep the files until the result arrives.
- Match your details: name, mobile number and bank account name written the same way everywhere.
- Photograph your valid government-issued photo ID flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible.
- Take a selfie with ID, holding the same ID beside your face.
- Confirm your mobile number with the SMS code.
- Submit the files once, and wait for the result before sending another set.
What account verification asks for
Services differ, and each one lists its own requirements on its own screen. The checks below are the ones that recur across casinos and wallets.
| Check | What you provide | Why it is asked |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | A valid government-issued photo ID | Ties the account to a real person |
| Face match | A selfie with ID | Shows the ID belongs to the person submitting |
| Contact | A mobile number confirmed by SMS code | Lets the service reach you and recover the account |
| Payout details | A bank account in your own name | Keeps withdrawals going to the account owner |
A selfie with ID that gets accepted
A selfie with ID fails for ordinary reasons, and each one is easy to avoid. Use this table as a pre-flight check before you press submit.
| Do | Avoid |
|---|---|
| Face a window or a bright room | A lamp behind you that darkens your face |
| Hold the ID next to your cheek at arm’s length | An ID so far away that the print is unreadable |
| Keep the full ID in frame | A thumb over a corner or the number |
| Remove a hat, mask or tinted glasses | A filter or edited photo |
| Use the same ID you uploaded as the front photo | A second, different ID |
What the JILILUCK lobby checks
Reading the lobby on 2 October 2026, the checks that appear in its own screens are small and specific.
| Lobby item | What it says |
|---|---|
| Registration | Username, Password, Kumpirmahin ang password and Telepono, then an SMS code requested with Kunin ang code and Magrehistro |
| Mobile number | A notice says to verify it after registering, to protect withdrawals and password recovery |
| Bank details | Not needed at registration; the help centre says to register them before a withdrawal |
| Bank detail changes | The help centre says the bank, account number and payee name cannot be modified after submission |
| Fund password | The help centre says a separate fund password is entered for every withdrawal |
Whatever else a screen asks for, read it in the lobby’s Pag-withdraw and Privacy and Security help sections, or ask Customer Services.
Why account verification is a legal matter
The law behind these checks is not a casino’s whim. RA 9160, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, requires covered institutions to establish and record the true identity of clients based on official documents, and it prohibits anonymous accounts and accounts under fictitious names. RA 10927, approved on 14 July 2017, adds casinos, including internet-based casinos, to the covered persons, and sets a casino covered transaction at a single transaction above ₱5,000,000.
Wallets run their own tiers as well. Maya’s limits page shows a monthly limit of ₱50,000 for a Basic account and ₱100,000 for an Upgraded one, which asks for a video selfie, valid ID, verified address and verified personal information. Read the rail’s own terms in Maya for casino deposits explained.
When verification fails
The ID photo is rejected as unreadable
Retake it flat on a dark table in daylight, with the whole card in frame and no glare on the number.
The name does not match the account
Correct the account name with the service, or submit the ID that carries the name you registered. A username cannot be changed on the lobby, so check it before you submit.
The SMS code never arrives
Check the number you entered, wait for the code to be requested again, and ask Customer Services if it still does not come.
Verification pairs well with two step verification on your accounts. To see which games PAGCOR approves read PAGCOR e-games and the licensing department, and check any brand with reading PAGCOR licensed sites lists.
FAQ
What does account verification ask for?
A cashier or wallet usually asks for your name, a mobile number confirmed by SMS code, a government-issued photo ID and sometimes a selfie with ID. Each service shows its own list on its own screen, so read that screen.
Why was my verification rejected?
The usual causes are glare on the ID, a cropped corner, a name that differs from the account, or a selfie where the ID text cannot be read. Fix the one cause shown and resubmit.
Does JILILUCK ask me to verify my mobile number?
The lobby's own notice tells you to verify the mobile number after registering, to protect your rights to withdrawals and password recovery. Registration uses an SMS code requested with Kunin ang code.
Bakit kailangan ng selfie with ID?
It lets the reviewer compare your face with the ID photo and confirm the person holding the ID is you. Wallets such as Maya use a video selfie and a valid ID for their upgraded tier.
