Two things change. The monthly limit doubles from PHP 50,000 to PHP 100,000, and two features that Basic lists as unavailable appear: sending to other Maya users and bank transfer by InstaPay.
An example: with a Basic account you cannot send PHP 15,000 to a friend on Maya, while an Upgraded account can, because the per-transaction ceiling there is PHP 20,000. Super Users and Ultimate Users are higher tiers, and Maya states no way to apply for them on its limits page.
