• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — In September 2016, Pragmatic Play put out an announcement of a PAGCOR offshore gaming licence. Every offshore licence had to expire by 31 December 2024 and PAGCOR confirmed their cancellation, which is how the Philippines came to abolish that entire framework. People still quote the 2016 announcement as if it were current, and it has never come offline. It is not.
