When Chrome fills the screen with the words your connection is not private, it is telling you something about the site, the network or your phone. Chrome’s own help says exactly that: a full-page message means a problem with the site, the network or your device. This page sorts the harmless causes from the ones that mean you should close the tab.
It belongs to the mobile gaming browser safety cluster, and it never asks you to install anything.
What your connection is not private means
Chrome’s help describes three states for the address bar.
| Status | Chrome’s description |
|---|---|
| Secure | Information is private between you and the site |
| Not secure | The connection is not private, so someone might view or alter your data |
| Dangerous | The site is flagged as unsafe, with privacy and security risks |
Fixes for a harmless cause
Chrome’s help lists these steps for certificate and connection warnings:
- Make sure the time and date on the phone are correct.
- Sign in to the Wi-Fi network if it opens a sign-in page.
- Try the page in Incognito mode.
- Update the operating system.
- Turn off antivirus software that scans HTTPS traffic for one test.
Also update Chrome before retrying, and check Android System WebView if the link opened from another program.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on a phone
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR is a related failure: the secure handshake did not complete. Chrome’s help does not give it its own entry, so apply the same checks.
The page shows ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on one network only.
Fix the date and time, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, update Chrome, and reload. If one network still fails and another loads, leave the failing network.
Red flags that mean stop
Close the tab if any of these is true:
- The warning stays after the clock is right and Chrome is updated, on more than one network.
- The address differs by a letter or a word from the one on this site, such as a changed ending.
- The page asks for your password, fund password or SMS code while the warning is showing.
- A message tells you to install a file to continue.
Check the lobby page before you sign in
On 2 October 2026 jililuck.com and four other addresses served the same lobby page. Addresses can change, so check the page itself:
- The JILILUCK wordmark top left.
- The Abiso notice with its accept button (Tanggapin on desktop, I AGREE on a phone) on a first visit.
- The Mag-login and Magrehistro pair.
