A lost phone puts three things at risk at once: the phone’s own screen, your e-wallet and your casino login. The order below locks the device first, because everything else on it depends on that screen staying closed. Each step can be done from a borrowed phone or a computer.
The routine is part of the mobile gaming pillar, which covers playing the lobby in your phone’s browser.
Lost phone: the five steps in order
- Mark the phone as lost from another device.
- Secure the e-wallet.
- Change the JILILUCK login password and the fund password.
- Block the SIM.
- Tell Customer Services, then check the account.
Do them in that order. Locking the phone buys time; the wallet and the casino login are what a finder would try next.
Lock and find an Android lost phone
Google’s Find Hub page says that when it is on you can ring, locate, secure and erase a lost device, and the locator is at android.com/find. Sign in with the Google account on the phone, select the device and follow Google’s own steps.
- Select the lost device.
- Tap Mark as lost, then Next.
- Add contact info and a message for the lock screen.
- Tap Mark as lost to confirm.
The Factory reset option under Settings erases the phone. Use it last, because a wiped phone can no longer be tracked.
Lock and find an iPhone
Apple’s Find My page gives the route. Open the Find My app on another Apple device, choose Devices, and select the lost iPhone to see it on a map.
- Select the missing device under Devices.
- Tap the More button and scroll to the section labelled Lost.
- Tap Lost Mode.
- Follow the onscreen steps to show your contact information.
Secure the e-wallet
A wallet that sits open on a lost phone is the quickest route to your money. Contact the wallet’s own support through the channel printed on its own site and ask for access from that device to be blocked. Then sign in from another device and change the wallet password.
Wallet limits and tiers are the wallet’s own business; the Maya wallet for casino deposits page lists Maya’s published figures if Maya is the wallet you use.
| Wallet task | Where to do it |
|---|---|
| Block access from the lost phone | The wallet’s own support |
| Change the password | Another device, in the wallet’s own sign-in |
| Check recent transactions | The wallet’s own history screen |
Secure the JILILUCK login
The lobby’s Terms of Service say bets made with a member’s account and password are treated as valid, so the account holder answers for them. That is why the password change cannot wait. Log in from another device and change the login password, then change the separate fund password, which the help centre says is entered for every withdrawal.
- Open the lobby at
jililuck.comon another device. - Log in with your Username and Password, or use Nakalimutan ang password and the I-reset window if you cannot.
- Change the login password.
- Change the fund password.
The I-reset route works by Email or Mobile No., so keep the mobile number reachable. Customer Services in the lobby menu is the only support channel the Terms recognise, so report the loss there and ignore anyone else who offers help.
Block the SIM, then check the connection on the new phone
Your SMS code, including the one behind Kunin ang code, arrives on the SIM in the lost phone. Ask your carrier to block it and issue a replacement. Google notes that codes sent by text can be vulnerable to phone number-based hacks, so move to an authenticator where you can.
On the replacement phone, two connection faults commonly appear after a reset: the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error and a blocked resolver. The Private DNS setting steps cover the second one.
| Item | Do this |
|---|---|
| SIM | Ask the carrier to block it and issue a replacement |
| SMS codes | Use an authenticator where the service offers one |
| New phone | Log in to the lobby from the browser and check the address |
FAQ
What do I lock first on a lost phone?
The phone itself, from another device: Mark as lost on Android or Lost Mode on iPhone. That stops the screen opening while you work through the wallet and the casino login.
Can someone use my JILILUCK account from my phone?
If the phone screen is open or the browser stayed signed in, yes. The Terms treat bets made with your account and password as valid, so change both passwords quickly.
Who do I contact about the casino account?
Customer Services in the lobby menu. The Terms say it is the only support channel, and any other channel that claims to be support is fake.
Should I erase the phone?
Only when you have given up on getting it back. Mark it as lost first; the factory reset option removes the chance of tracking it.
