Bank or e-wallet: which account can you add
The Bank Related section speaks of a bank, and the Deposit section says deposits support bank transfer and other methods. One promotion’s terms on the lobby, read on 1 October 2026, refer to a verified e-wallet withdrawal account, so a wallet may be part of the picture for you. Open the member centre or ask Customer Services which account types your user can register.

The payee name does not match the bank record
Open Customer Services in the lobby menu and ask for the entry to be corrected. Have your bank’s printed account name ready, since you cannot edit the entry yourself.
