JILILUCK Table Games Online: How Each Round Is Decided and What the House Keeps

Table games online come in two families, and knowing which family you are sitting in tells you what decides the round. In baccarat, blackjack, roulette and Lucky Nine you play against the house, which sets the payouts and keeps an edge built into them. Baccarat and Lucky Nine: counting to nine

Both games ask which hand is closer to nine. Cards two to nine count face value, tens and picture cards count zero, and an ace counts one. Add the cards and drop the tens digit.

In baccarat you back the Player hand, the Banker hand or a Tie. The cards are dealt and drawn by fixed rules, so you never decide a draw. The baccarat online casino rules page walks through the draw rules, and many tables charge a commission on Banker wins whose rate the table states.

Blackjack: closer to 21 than the dealer

You and the dealer both want 21 without going over. Aces count 1 or 11, pictures and tens count 10, and the other cards count their number. You choose to hit, stand, double down or split a pair, while the dealer follows a fixed rule set by the table.

The payout for a natural blackjack changes the edge more than most players expect. On a ₱100 bet a 3 to 2 payout returns ₱150, while 6 to 5 returns ₱120, as plain arithmetic. Check the rules screen for which one the table uses, and read the blackjack table decisions page for hit and stand choices.

Roulette: the arithmetic of the wheel

A single-zero wheel has 37 pockets, numbered 0 to 36. A double-zero wheel has 38. Standard payouts are the same on both wheels, and the table below shows them.

As arithmetic, a ₱1 straight bet on a single-zero wheel wins ₱35 once in 37 spins and loses ₱1 the other 36, so the expected result is minus ₱1 in 37, or 2.70% of the stake. Poker and Pusoy Dos: playing other people

Poker is decided by hand rank, from high card up to a straight flush, or by making everyone else fold. Standard rank order runs high card, pair, two pair, three of a kind, straight, flush, full house, four of a kind, straight flush. The poker rules for each lane page lists the rankings and the betting rounds. Poker tables usually take a fee, so check the rules screen for the stake and any fee.

Pusoy Dos is a Filipino climbing game where each player holds a hand of cards and plays higher combinations until one player empties their hand. The two is the highest card, and suits break ties between equal ranks. The Pusoy Dos online rounds page explains the combinations and the order of play.

What the house keeps: edge, side bets and bet units

The house edge is the share of each stake the game keeps over very many rounds, and the house edge meaning entry defines it. It is not a bill you pay at the end. It is built into every payout, which is why your short-session result can land far from it.

A side bet is a separate wager with its own payout and its own edge. Look at which side bets are worth skipping before you add one to a main bet. Your bet unit is the fixed stake you size everything from, and the bet unit meaning entry shows how to set one.

Worked example: with a ₱2,000 session budget and a ₱50 bet unit, you hold 40 units. Ten rounds at a ₱50 unit stake ₱500 in total, so a 2.70% edge expects a loss of ₱13.50 on that ₱500, as arithmetic and not a forecast.

Playing table games online within your limits

1. Decide the session budget before you open a table.
2. Divide it into 40 or more bet units so a bad run does not end the session in minutes.
3. Leave when the budget or the time you set is spent, win or lose.
